Welcome to BlackTransfers SL. By booking any transfer service through our websites, platforms or communication channels, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BlackTransfers SL operates private airport transfers, taxi services, chauffeur services and transport-related online booking platforms throughout the Costa del Sol and other destinations in Spain.

Private airport transfers
Taxi booking services
Chauffeur services
Point-to-point transport services
Tourist transportation services
Online reservation management

All services are subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, traffic situations and operational requirements.

4. BOOKINGS

All reservations are subject to confirmation by BlackTransfers SL. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding pickup locations, flight numbers, destinations, contact details and passenger information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the service provided.

5. AIRPORT WAITING TIME POLICY

We provide 1 hour of complimentary waiting time starting from the official flight landing time. After the complimentary 60-minute waiting period has expired, an additional charge of €1 per minute will apply. This waiting fee must be paid directly to the driver or through the payment methods provided by BlackTransfers SL.

Customers are advised to keep their phones active after landing in order to maintain communication with the assigned driver.

6. PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through external payment providers including SumUp, Stripe, Bizum, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit/debit cards.

All prices shown are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on operational costs already incurred.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be refundable.

8. LIABILITY

BlackTransfers SL is not responsible for delays caused by:

Traffic congestion
Road accidents
Extreme weather conditions
Flight delays
Police controls
Force majeure events

Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during transportation services.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data submitted through our websites or booking forms will only be used for reservation management, customer communication and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our websites or booking any service with BlackTransfers SL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
